Sales Executive

PT Januardi Putera Logistik are hiring for Sales Executive with the details belows: 

Job Description: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and government requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air & Sea Freight), with a strong track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Possess a valid Mandarin Language Certification (HSK Level 4 or above, or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin with overseas agents, principals, and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations, documentation, and other systems.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools.
