Job description
- Manage and monitor company legal matters, including business licenses, corporate legal documents, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advice, opinions, and recommendations to management regarding corporate legal issues.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with government institutions and relevant authorities regarding licensing and legal requirements.
- Handle corporate actions and support legal aspects of business operations and projects.
Job requirements
- Minimum Master's Degree in Law (Business Law) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Legal Specialist/Corporate Legal, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of Company Law, Investment Law, Construction Law, Renewable Energy Law, and Labor Law; knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Good knowledge of government licensing procedures, company certifications, and corporate legal documentation.
- Strong legal research, contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
