Senior Key Account Executive

About The Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at PT Indogal Agro Trading. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an engaging and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company's customer base
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
4. Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring profitability
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
6. Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to the management team
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

1. Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
2. Experience in the Meat industry is mandatory with strong portfolio in Horeca and Manufacture
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
9. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
