Sales Supervisor (food service)

About The Role!

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Area Sales Supervisor to support and grow our Food Service business, especially within Café, Bakery, Institution, and Hawkers channels. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Target Achievement: Driving sales volume and revenue targets for assigned Food Service outlets (especially for Café, Bakery, Institusi, Hawkers), ensuring maximum product availability
2. Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training Sales Executive to meet performance standards
3. Nurturing relationships with key operators/outlets to secure better product used and resolve issues
4. Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales data to provide insights for improving performance

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Food Service, FMCG, Horeca, or related industry
3. Experience handling Café, Bakery, Institution, or Hawkers channels is preferred
4. Proven experience in leading or supervising a sales team
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
6. Analytical, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
8. Willing to travel for business purposes
