Job description
- Source, evaluate, and manage local and international commodity suppliers by requesting, comparing, and negotiating quotations to achieve the best commercial value.
- Prepare, process purchase orders, and procurement documentation, while ensuring accuracy with company procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
- Maintain and update procurement records and product data.
- Perform data analysis and reporting related to procurement activities.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, purchase order management, procurement documentation, and supplier coordination.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
