- Account Manager, as the name implies, is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by following up on leads and winning new clients, including retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships to close sales.
- Responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.
