  • Account Manager, as the name implies, is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by following up on leads and winning new clients, including retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships to close sales.


  • Responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.

Qualifications required

 

Working Experiences: 


  • 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management ( Penjualan untuk Product Software, dan memiliki pengalaman di client FSI serta FMCG)
  • Experience managing large account portfolios.
  • Have proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition
  • Education Backgroud: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Office suite software (Ms. Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software.
  • Communicative, energetic, fast learner and have a result-driven attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under
