Job description
- Drive client acquisition & revenue growth across key healthcare sectors.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships & business opportunities.
- Lead market analysis, expansion, and commercial strategy.
- Strengthen corporate positioning, branding & lead generation.
- Lead and develop Partnership, Social Media & Branding teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, institutions & strategic stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Scientific & Operational teams (CRO) to drive business growth.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, CRO, or Research is preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
- Strong commercial acumen and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
