Bioanalytical Laboratory Analyst

• Receive, verify, and log all incoming samples from clinical trial sites or sample collection points in accordance with study protocols.
• Ensure sample integrity by properly identifying, segregating, and storing samples under appropriate conditions.
• Conduct literature searches, reviews, and summaries of scientific journals to support the development and optimization of laboratory methods and protocols.
• Perform laboratory testing in accordance with study protocols, including but not limited to PCR, ELISA, Western Blotting, Sequencing, and LC-MS/MS.
• Conduct testing related to safety (toxicity) and efficacy (immunogenicity) of research products.
• Adhere to validated standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and precision of clinical test results.
• Perform daily and periodic quality control (QC) procedures to maintain laboratory data integrity and ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Manage quality control materials (standards and controls) and validate test results prior to reporting.
• Assist in the validation of new laboratory methods used in research.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related laboratory science field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in bioanalytical settings.
• Proficiency in fundamental laboratory techniques, including pipetting, sample handling, centrifugation, and aliquoting.
• Experience in operating bioanalytical laboratory instruments.
• Good understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and basic knowledge of ISO 15189.
• Ability to perform accurate laboratory documentation and maintain data integrity.
• Basic competency in laboratory data analysis and interpretation of results.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills.
