Test & Validation Mechatronic Engineer Intern

Job description

Assist in firmware testing and functional validation of MCU-based systems to ensure reliable system performance
Support Battery Management System (BMS) testing activities, including charge/discharge validation and protection feature verification
Perform charging station performance testing and assist in identifying system issues or improvements
Collect, document, analyze, and report test data accurately to support engineering evaluation and development processes
Support the development and execution of new Charging Station projects and related technical activities
Assist in recurring validation and testing activities for MCU and BMS firmware updates based on B2B customer requirements and product modifications
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve testing efficiency and contribute to cost-effective operational solutions

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or related fields
Have hands-on experience in embedded systems, microcontroller projects, electronics testing, and troubleshooting
Familiar with communication protocols such as CAN and UART, including basic data logging and analysis
Possess basic knowledge of lithium battery systems, including SOC, charging, and protection mechanisms
Experience in EV or battery-related academic projects is a plus
Familiar with electrical measurement tools and electrical safety practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data processing tools, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and reports
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
