Job description
- Provide explanations on how to use ALVA Motors, including dos and don'ts, and demonstrate the ALVA app
- Ensure timely delivery, inspect the motorcycle condition (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and handle the necessary documentation from the warehouse to the customer
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot any issues encountered during the delivery of ALVA motors
Job requirements
- Education min Bachelor Degree
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Familiarity with twowheeled vehicles, including their names and functions
- Strong communication and grooming skills, with a proactive and problem solving attitude
- Have SIM A (able to drive a car)
- A fast-paced game changer with rockin ‘attitude
- A solid self-starter and agile team player
