Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating ISO documentation, including work instructions, procedures, risk registers, and other operational documents
Support KPI monitoring by collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to evaluate supply chain performance
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting with implementation activities
Support logistics and warehouse operations through data collection, inventory-related administration, and operational reporting
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across operational records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily supply chain activities and improve operational efficiency
Perform other administrative and analytical tasks to support Supply Chain projects and business objectives
Job requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate with a D3 or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent)
Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Well-organized, disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
Eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in developing a career in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
