Manage and coordinate the development of electrical-related parts with suppliers
Lead and execute APQP and PPAP processes to ensure supplier readiness and product quality
Conduct supplier audits for new product development and ongoing production
Investigate part quality issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements with suppliers
Support supplier capability development and provide training on ALVA quality standards and requirements
Monitor part quality during both development stages and mass production
Prepare, develop, and maintain supplier quality documentation and records
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering
5 years of experience in the automotive industry (either 2 wheel or 4 wheel vehicles)
Hands-on experience in automotive electrical part development, including wiring systems, lighting components, speedometers, and other electrical vehicle parts
Proven capability in managing part development activities and maintaining effective communication with suppliers
Experience in conducting internal audits as well as supplier audits
Strong understanding and practical experience in Automotive Core Tools, including PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and APQP
Have a knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is a plus
Familiar with problem-solving methodologies and continuous process improvement practices
Good skills in preparing reports and delivering professional presentations
