Job description
- Support the administration and documentation of supplier quality and warranty-related activities
- Maintain and update supplier claim records, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Coordinate the submission and follow-up of supplier claims related to defective, non-conforming, or warranty-returned parts
- Monitor the movement and status of non-conforming materials and replacement parts from receipt through resolution
- Prepare reports, summaries, and tracking tools related to supplier quality performance and claim activities
- Assist in managing containment actions by maintaining action lists, monitoring progress, and following up on outstanding item
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with quality management processes, supplier management, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis, and Reporting).
- Familiarity with dashboard creation and Power BI is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical documentation and data
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
