Job description
- Perform CAE simulations: structural, thermal, CFD, multi-body
- Analyze simulation results and propose design improvements
- Develop and validate vehicle dynamics models
- Conduct NVH, crash, and safety simulations
- Run powertrain and electrification analyses
- Assess aerodynamics, stress, fatigue, and thermal performance
- Optimize materials for durability, weight, and cost efficiency
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Have an experience in 3-7 years for automotive CAE/simulation
- Experience with SolidWorks and NX Siemens software
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced automotive R&D setting
- Strong background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- Proficiency in multi-body dynamics (MBD) and NVH analysis
- Hands-on experience with CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, HyperWorks, STAR-CCM+)
