Job description
- Perform daily service data entry into the system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Compile, organize, and maintain service data received from service partners for reporting and documentation purposes
- Follow up with service partners to obtain missing information, verify data accuracy, and ensure data completeness
- Coordinate with service partners to clarify discrepancies in service records and ensure accurate data input into the system
- Review and validate submitted service data to minimize errors and maintain data consistency
- Support data administration and record-keeping activities to ensure service information is well-organized and accessible when needed
Job requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous internship experience in administration, data entry, or data management will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry, compilation, and basic data processing
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling and managing data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks systematically
- Good communication skills and confidence in following up with external parties to obtain or clarify information
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Willing to be mobile between Bintaro and Kelapa Gading as required
