Manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships for body and chassis components
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components that meet technical specifications, cost targets, and regulatory standards
Support purchasing activities within project integration by executing established PSC processes for manufacturing
Oversee component procurement in line with PSC requirements, ensuring alignment with Quality, Service, Cost, and Technology (QSCT) objectives
Drive end-to-end supplier management, including sourcing strategy development and cost control initiatives
Lead continuous improvement efforts and support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Ensure product quality, compliance, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations
Optimize supply chain performance while leveraging technical knowledge and fostering innovation
Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives within the sourcing and procurement scope
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the automotive or EV industry. Experience with body and chassis components is preferred
Strong understanding of cost structures, raw material pricing, and cost drivers, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven project management experience is required
Solid knowledge of electric vehicle systems, particularly body and chassis, including battery integration, lightweight materials, and aerodynamics
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving issues effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
