Define new product specifications based on ecosystem insights and market demands to ensure strong product acceptance
Conduct product evaluations via customer visits, mystery shopping, or clinic sessions to gauge acceptance levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Analyze competitors and their ecosystems to monitor trends and inform product strategy and enhancement opportunities
Attend local and international auto shows to stay updated on market trends
Regularly update market news and insights for management reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align goals and initiatives
Job requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields
At least 3–5 years of experience in product research or market surveillance (preferably within the automotive or technology industry) for Supervisor level
Demonstrated passion for the automotive industry, with a preference for motorcycle enthusiasts
Basic understanding or strong interest in battery technology and the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or perform basic statistical analysis
Experience in designing market research questionnaires or conducting field survey methodologies will be an advantage
Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Willingness to travel frequently to various locations
Have SIM A & C and able to ride motorcycle
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities
