Job description
- Ensure the My ALVA app runs smoothly and deliver a reliable user experience across the mobile platform
- Provide day-to-day support for B2B clients, including fleet operators and business partners
- Monitor and analyze IoT telemetry data to perform initial diagnostics and prevent issue escalation
- Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance system performance and user experience
- Support the development and improvement of internal AI tools to enable faster and more automated issue resolution
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Solid understanding of IoT systems and connected hardware, including basic CAN bus communication
- Familiar with digital architecture (APIs, databases, and mobile applications) and how they interact
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to find more efficient solutions
