Job description
- Plan, direct, and coordinate warehouse management systems and process flows, including inbound and outbound activities, material movement, storage, delivery, and information flow
- Optimize warehouse layout and facility planning
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of finished goods and spare parts
- Control logistics vendors for efficient distribution
- Lead and coordinate national warehouse operations across multiple locations, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Bali
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Have experience for project Logistics end-to-end
- Provide dashboard report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiar with logistics operations related to finished goods and automotive spare parts
- Knowledgeable in Lean Operations, Just-in-Time (JIT) systems, material handling, stock opname (inventory counting), FIFO method, and coordination with logistics vendors (including last-mile delivery and motor carriers)
- Strong leadership skills, communicative, assertive, awareness, Initiative, self of belonging, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with ISO standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
