Plan, direct, and coordinate warehouse management systems and process flows, including inbound and outbound activities, material movement, storage, delivery, and information flow
Optimize warehouse layout and facility planning
Ensure timely and accurate handling of finished goods and spare parts
Control logistics vendors for efficient distribution
Lead and coordinate national warehouse operations across multiple locations, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Bali
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Have experience for project Logistics end-to-end
Provide dashboard report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Familiar with logistics operations related to finished goods and automotive spare parts
Knowledgeable in Lean Operations, Just-in-Time (JIT) systems, material handling, stock opname (inventory counting), FIFO method, and coordination with logistics vendors (including last-mile delivery and motor carriers)
Strong leadership skills, communicative, assertive, awareness, Initiative, self of belonging, and detail-oriented
Familiar with ISO standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
