Support and oversee indirect procurement activities across multiple entities (IMG, EMI, EDI, and EAI) to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Ensure timely handling of purchase requests, procurement documentation, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate responsively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, particularly to support operational needs in Bintaro / AEC regional activities
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper data management within ERP or other enterprise systems
Assist the procurement team in driving efficient purchasing processes while maintaining a balanced workload within the indirect procurement function
Job requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally within a fast-paced work environment, experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g., commercial, marketing, or other business-related functions) will be a plus
Familiar with procurement processes, purchasing administration, documentation, and ERP systems
Strong ability to handle procurement data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure well-organized records
Strong communication and coordination abilities to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Demonstrated capability to manage demanding stakeholders who may be assertive and require prompt responses
Ability to work under pressure, manage high workloads, and quickly adjust to dynamic working environments
