Job description

  • Supervise and evaluate the work of Cleaning Service (OB/OG) and Security
  • Ensure payment of operational needs (building service charges, water, electricity, printer machine, and other bills)
  • Manage facilities and infrastructure (building maintenance, security, cleanliness)
  • Manage assets (inventory, asset inspection & replacement)
  • Manage transportation and logistics (employee transportation & delivery of goods/documents)
  • Manage workplace environment (meeting room arrangements, workspaces, storage, and employee facilities like pantry and rest area)
  • Handle administrative tasks (documentation/filing, ERP creation using Emira, procurement of goods & petty cash management)
  • Maintain external relations (collaborations with area management, vendors/suppliers, government institutions, and community around the building)

Job requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, have an experience working in automotive dealer/branch is a plus
  • Willing to understand and comply with company work rules and SOP
  • Experience in compiling and preparing reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
  • Agile, solution-oriented, adaptive, and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
