Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets as set by management
Manage the lead acquisition process, including maintaining lead quality and optimizing conversion from prospects to customers
Develop and execute sales and event plans, such as test rides, exhibitions, and promotional programs within the assigned area
Build and maintain coordination with business partners, including dealers, cooperatives, financing institutions, and government agencies to support market penetration
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisor or managerial role in sales or marketing (experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or FMCG is a plus)
Proven ability to work with targets and lead a team
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to plan marketing activities and manage on-ground execution effectively
Strong local network, including communities, institutions, and local partners
