Job description
- Manage and control engineering changes (ECN/ECR) across PLM and ERP systems
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of drawings, BOMs, part numbers, and firmware/calibration versions
- Maintain full traceability of engineering changes from release through implementation
- Support timely and accurate implementation of changes in production and supply chain activities
- Minimize data inconsistencies, delays, and quality issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete change data
Job requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience in Engineering Change, Production Engineering, Document Control, PPIC, or Quality functions
- Familiar with Engineering Change processes (ECN/ECR) and version control of engineering documents
- Hands-on experience using ERP and PLM systems
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, lookup functions)
