Job description
- Responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships for body and chassis components essential for electric motorcycles and scooters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components that meet technical specifications, cost targets, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the procurement process in accordance with PSC requisitions, focusing on quality, service, cost, and technology
- Handle various procurement activities
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree may be advantageous
- Fluent in English and mandarin is advantage
- Min 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within the automotive or electric vehicle industry, with specific expertise in body and chassis components preferred
- Understand for part cost structure, raw material market price, & CR P/J
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact
- Project management expertise
- Understanding of electric vehicle chassis and body systems, including battery integration, lightweight materials, and aerodynamics
- Proven track record of identifying issues, etc
