Charging Vendor Relation Specialist

Job description

Manage and develop strategic relationships with vendors and partners across the EV charging ecosystem, including non-technical stakeholders
Conduct vendor sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding to meet business and operational requirements
Lead contract and commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms and conditions, and contract renewals
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
Conduct vendor risk assessments covering financial, legal, and compliance aspects
Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations
Coordinate closely with field operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor-related activities
Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, optimize commercial terms, and strengthen vendor partnerships
Support business operations and the expansion of EV charging infrastructure and ecosystem through effective vendor management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in vendor/partner management or procurement
Experience in vendor sourcing, qualification, and onboarding
Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, commercial/pricing negotiation, and contract renewal management
Experience in vendor performance management, including KPI/SLA monitoring and evaluation
Knowledge of vendor risk assessment, including financial, legal, and compliance aspects
Understanding of the EV charging ecosystem is preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate closely with technical and field teams in a non-technical capacity
