Job description
- Develop and maintain the marketing & sales data pipeline that calculates marketing KPIs and Cost per Results, integrates internal data and 3rd-party tools data
- Deliver periodic Indonesian 2W Market Data analysis
- Manage ALVA data warehousing project
- Assist other divisions within the Marketing or other depart to solve problems by using data or to implement data products
- Develop the modern data analytics capability within the company and coach junior data analyst
Job requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's in Engineering/ Economics/ Business/ Mathematics/ Data Science/ Statistics/ related or a Bachelor's degree with relevant certification and/or experiences. Master’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in leading a data team
- Experience in Marketing and Growth Analytics
- Knowledge and/or experience in Market Intelligence
- Knowledge of data/analytics engineering best practices and experience in building/contributing to a data warehouse
- Knowledge and/or experience in processing IoT/event data is preferred
- Domain knowledge and/or personal interest for all of above within the Automotive industry is preferred
- Technical skill: Cloud data infrastructure, SQL, dbt, Python, BI Tools (Metabase)
- A self starter who is willing to work in a zero-to-one setting with minimum technical supervision
- A Data Evangelist who is able to solve problem for/present to/influence team members with/without a formal organizational structure
- A Game Changer who challenges the status quo with structured problem solving and First Principle thinking
- A Team Player who is visionary, but understand that the Team is always bigger than themselves
