Job description
- Input & update BOM in ERP/PLM per ECN
- Track breakpoint & effective date status
- Prepare & share BPRS with relevant teams
- Coordinate new/revised part implementation
- Check BOM vs actual production accuracy
- Monitor old part stock & support depletion plans
- Forecast part usage & cut-in timing
- Report inventory risks (cut-in/obsolescence)
- Maintain master data (part, cost, supplier, etc.)
- Investigate BOM/data errors & support RCA
- Escalate critical issues to Lead/teams
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economic or equivalent
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese (no mandatory) will be a poin plus
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production planning, BOM control, master data entry, or manufacturing admin roles (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals will be considered)
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS, QAD) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of BOM, ECN, and production processes in a manufacturing environment
