Job description

  • Ensure accurate and timely management of vehicle registration documents
  • Handle end-to-end new vehicle documentation process at AEC
  • Process and monitor invoice submissions and payment requests
  • Coordinate with relevant team in managing defected vehicle parts
  • Facilitate and monitor dealer purchase orders to distributors
  • Oversee and maintain tools and equipment availability at AEC to support daily operations

Job requirements

  • Minimum education Diploma (D3) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in general administration and document handling
  • Hands on experience with STNK and BPKB processing for new vehicles
  • Strong understanding of the vehicle registration process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good relationships with vendor
