Define and manage optimal Digital Process Flows for new and existing systems, ensuring they align with multifinance regulatory requirements (OJK) and business objectives (e.g., auto finance)
Oversee the planning and development lifecycle of major IT projects, including system design, testing (UAT), and deployment, ensuring successful implementation of strategic digital assets
Establish and maintain frameworks for Strategic Performance Reporting and dashboards to monitor the efficacy and key metrics of digital platforms and initiatives
Lead and mentor the planning team, managing resource allocation and project timelines to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of digital transformation targets
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in system development, business analysis, or project management within a Multifinance Institution or Banking/Lending sector
Proven track record in successfully managing the implementation of core lending or financing systems.
Expertise in defining and optimizing user experience for financial service process & applications
Knowledge of the financial services technology landscape, particularly in the Multifinance or/and Auto Industry
Understanding of Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (internal teams, IT, and external vendors)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
Fluent in English is Must
