Branch Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer salespersons and dealer management.
• Provide excellent service to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to contracts, proposals, and all sales-related files.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor the performance of the CMO team on a regular basis.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the CMO team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in company and dealer sales events, exhibitions, and promotions (e.g. GIIAS and other events).
• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO team.

• Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Motivated to work based on targets and business needs.
• Strong understanding of sales operations in the financing or automotive industry.
