Branch Manager

• Support and execute overall work and processes related to establishing a company, including infra and policy setting, product and process development.
• Develop the strategy for marketing to achieve branch target.
• Manage and monitor the performance of all teams and ensure that targets are achieved.
• Analyze financial market trends and competitive environments and establish field sales strategies accordingly.
• Build good relationships with dealers, customers and partners.
• Control branch operational activities to ensure performance, service delivery and dealer and customer satisfaction are achieved. 
• Lead team members and provide guidance to achieve team goals, develop team members' capabilities, assign tasks, and manage tasks.

• Min bachelor’s degree (S1) in business, finance, or marketing or combination of comparable education and experience required
• Must have more than 10 years working experience in a multifinance company.
• Strong leadership and great at managing a team.
• Have the experience to manage the financing (Retail & Wholesale)
• Captive finance experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• (Preferred) English skills that enable communicate and job performance.
