Team Leader

This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all technical and commercial aspects of service contract operations. The position ensures that service activities are executed efficiently, align with business objectives, and meet agreed performance standards.

The role also involves managing key customer accounts and delivering effective, value-driven after-sales support. This includes close monitoring of customer needs, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring service commitments are fulfilled smoothly.

In addition, the position supervises the preparation and management of technical documentation related to service contracts, while coordinating cross-functionally to support service execution and related activities. Cost control for maintenance and service projects is a key focus to ensure operational efficiency and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate should hold minimum a Diploma (D3) degree in Heavy Equipment Engineering or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience in the same field, including leadership exposure at a reputable dealership. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, experience in planning, scheduling, and spare parts management, along with solid leadership and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
