After Market Inventory Staff

As an AM Inventory Staff, you will support inventory and spare parts operations by analyzing spare parts requirements for various unit models using historical data, deterministic methods, and LCC analysis, responsible for conducting lead time analysis and monitoring incoming parts from replenishment activities to support accurate and timely parts availability.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction, follow up on dealer inquiries, provide timely responses to parts-related questions, as well as prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports, including dead-stock and stock movement analysis, to support inventory monitoring and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.20 out of 4.00, preferably in Industrial Engineering or another Engineering major. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry or a related field, with basic knowledge of SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and a result-oriented mindset. The ability to analyze data, manage priorities, and remain committed to achieving targets is essential for this position.
