As a Logistic Staff, you will be responsible for handling and ensuring the accuracy of all export-import documentation in compliance with Indonesian regulations. You will coordinate closely with internal teams as well as external vendors and forwarders to ensure timely delivery of shipments, perform PIB (Import Duty) calculations, manage customs payments, and ensure accurate data entry in SAP. The responsible also include processing Goods Receipt (GR) for both import shipments and local parts, as well as handling and recording forwarder invoices in the system.
In addition, you will maintain proper filing of all export-import documents, both in softcopy and hardcopy formats, and prepare regular reports related to shipment status, logistics costs, and overall performance.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Economics or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in export-import or logistics operations. A solid understanding of customs regulations and import documentation is essential for this role. You should be proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Microsoft Excel.
The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
