We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to join our team in Jakarta and Samarinda. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the mining, construction, agro plantation, and forestry sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling Hyundai heavy equipment products, while achieving sales targets.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively promote and sell our heavy equipment products, and maintain close relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering sales proposals, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, and regularly visiting customer sites. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities and stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
The ideal candidate should hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and have 3–5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales. A strong understanding of heavy equipment functions and specifications, as well as the ability to communicate persuasively and work in a target-oriented manner, is essential. Candidates should also have good knowledge of market needs in the mining, construction, agro plantation, and forestry industries. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
