Job description
- Oversee Full Maintenance Contract and Rental projects across PT. HDHyundai Construction Machinery Indonesia & PT. HDHyundai Construction Equipment Indonesia.
- Act as 'Planning, Production, and Inventory Control' for Remanufacturing & Refurbishment operations.
- Drive sales growth of Reman & Refurbishment business.
- Improve availability of 'Ready for Use' remanufactured components for both sales & warranty support.
- Lead inventory control operations & strategy as Inventory Manager.
Job requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a technical, management, and leadership role within a dealership of a reputable heavy equipment brand.
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Heavy Equipment).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English is required (above-average level).
