Junior Technician

As a Junior Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for all products represented by the company to ensure optimal equipment performance. You will support daily service activities by assisting in diagnosing technical issues and performing necessary repairs to maintain machine reliability. Your role will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent service quality and product support. In performing your duties, you are expected to follow established maintenance procedures and safety standards at all times.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Plant Maintenance Department, preferably within a heavy equipment dealership or mining contractor environment. A minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent is required. Candidates must hold a Basic Maintenance Course certification and have relevant training or certification in heavy equipment maintenance, particularly for excavators. Basic proficiency in English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia are also required for effective communication in this role.
