Inventory & Warehouse Manager

The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies to optimize parts availability, improve inventory turnover (ITO), and reduce dead stock. This role oversees warehouse operations, including coordination and management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, while ensuring effective parts support for Sales and internal Service & Repair activities.

The position will also monitor and report monthly inventory and warehouse KPIs, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and drive process discipline across the team. The manager will lead, develop, and motivate the inventory and warehouse team to achieve operational targets and continuously improve overall performance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in inventory management or warehouse leadership, preferably at a leadership level within a principal or reputable organization. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving measurable results in inventory and warehouse management, particularly in improving ITO and parts availability, reducing dead stock, maintaining stock-taking accuracy, and improving customer delivery lead times.

Strong knowledge of SAP and other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required, along with practical experience in ABC/Pareto analysis, safety stock modelling, and demand forecasting based on machine lifecycle requirements. The candidate should also possess strong presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented approach to managing a fast-paced inventory and warehouse environment.
