Job description
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, networks and other IT systems.
- Provide technical support to users (troubleshooting) to solve hardware and software problems.
- In charge of backing up all data regulary and restoring data from the backup system and maintain system security.
- Periodically monitor and maintain computer hardware, systems and networks.
- Optimize IT system, such as network performance and protection against cyber attacks.
Job requirements
- Min S1 Informatics Engineering, Information Systems or related majors.
- Min 1-2 years experience in IT Support or similar role
- Understand hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Mastering basic network basics (LAN, WAN, IP Address, etc.).
- Mastering computer programs and knowing computer problems quickly.
- Have good communication skills and good analytical skills.
- Domicile in Bali
