Head of Underwriting Department

• Support the Head of Technical Division in planning and allocation within the underwriting department
• Ensure underwiriting process accuracy and SLA compliance
• Plan and develop work systems, organizations, and human resources for good unit management activities
• Lead, coordinate, and develop unit activities and work systems
• Maintain a conducive work environment and uphold data confidentially

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine
• Achievement Orientation & Customer Service Orientation
• Good analytical thinking
• Able to lead team and have a good teamwork
• Have a certifications in Medical Expertise and Certifications in AAIJ (Associate of the Association of Indonesian Actuaries) is a point plus
• Solid understanding of life insurance and underwriting processes
