Job Description:

  1. Lead workforce planning, succession pipelines, and talent initiatives to support business growth and regulatory needs.
  2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment with strong governance while strengthening employer positioning.
  3. Align people strategy with business objectives and organizational transformation.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor and financial regulations, including audit and fit-and-proper requirements.
  5. Lead the HC team, enhance service delivery standards, and leverage HR analytics for data-driven decisions.



Job requirements

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Executive Recruitment Firm, Multinational Company engaging in insurance sector, or financial services (Manager Level).
  3. Fluent in English Language is a must.
  4. Strong experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and workforce planning.
  5. Experience supporting regulatory audits or fit-and-proper processes is preferred.
  6. Proven leadership experience managing HR teams.
