Job description

  • Drive Sales: Promote credit life insurance products and support bank sales teams to achieve sales targets and increase product penetration.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and provide product training to improve sales activation.
  • Market Feedback: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to support business strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, penetration rates, and post-sales processes while preparing regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor credit life portfolio performance including claims ratio, underwriting compliance, and business quality.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Credit Life Insurance, Bancassurance, or banking/lending-related insurance products.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing partnerships, and increasing product penetration through bancassurance or lending channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders from partner banks.
  • Solid understanding of credit life portfolio management, underwriting guidelines, and claims/loss ratio monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and business planning skills to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and performance analysis.
