Staff Mekanik

Staff Mekanik bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pemeliharaan preventif (perawatan berkala), perbaikan kerusakan (troubleshooting), serta memastikan seluruh mesin produksi dan fasilitas pendukung mekanis beroperasi secara optimal, aman, dan efisien guna mendukung kelancaran target produksi.

- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

- Proficient in Mechanical Drawing using CAD software.

- Skilled in utilizing various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

- Capable of analyzing machine breakdown data, as well as drawing and reading technical blueprints.

- Capable of re-designing and improving imperfect machinery parts.

- Perform direct, immediate repairs during equipment or facility breakdowns and technical issues.

- Install, test, and ensure all equipment functions properly according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

- Conduct routine inspections and monitoring to detect potential issues early before they impact operations.

- Maintain, service, and preserve all work tools, equipment, and related materials.

- Prepare maintenance request tickets and compile reports on maintenance activities, spare part usage, and repair histories.
