Job description
- Interpreting spoken Mandarin to Indonesia language and vice versa in real time.
- Listening to a speaker, taking notes if necessary, and then translating speech.
- Translate documents such as procedures, work instructions, agreements, etc.
- Assisting in meetings, negotiations, and business trips.
- Ensuring that all interpreted conversations remain private and secure, especially in sensitive settings
Job requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin with a minimum of HSK 4 or higher.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian both spoken and written.
- Experience in translation or interpretation for at least 1 year (preferably with experience in manufacturing industry).
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of concentration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operating office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
- Work placement in Ngawi East Java
