Job description
- Perform a Daily Equipment Check before operating the machine to ensure it is safe to use, properly adjusted, and free from any deterioration. Address any issues before they lead to health and safety risks.
- Ensure the upkeep of the work area by cleaning before and after work.
- Conduct Line Clearance before starting any new batch to ensure the area is prepared for the new production.
- Perform Customer Order Segregation to match the quantity ordered with the available stock.
- Carry out Incoming Material Inspection to verify the quality of materials received from suppliers.
- Perform Finished Product Inspections, including checking power, BC (Base Curve), diameter, color accuracy, and color removal.
- Ensure the Acceptance Criteria for lens parameters are met according to the required standards.
- Inform the Leader and/or Supervisor of any issues found during production to ensure timely resolution.
- Complete other tasks as required by the Supervisor and/or Management from time to time.
Job requirements
- Minimum Senior High School in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or medical device industries
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to follow strict protocols and documentation procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts (if needed)
