Job description
- Ensure the integrity of inventory records for the company.
- Accurately and timely record all inventory transactions in the Company ERP (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, Syspro, etc.).
- Oversee the accuracy of inventory in warehouse locations or bin locations.
- Perform stock counts to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
- Enforce good inventory management practices, proper procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory records and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute ideas to improve warehouse layout and shelving.
- Assist in developing new procedures to enhance inventory systems.
- Ensure inventory is stored safely, in good condition, and protected from theft or damage.
- Reconcile and report stock discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure incoming goods are properly segregated for QC approval.
- Ensure all incoming goods are promptly recorded in the ERP system and stored in designated locations.
- Ensure raw materials are prepared accurately and available at least 24 hours before production requirements.
- Perform cycle counts weekly as per the count schedule.
Job requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, minimum 2 years.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (Business One), MS Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, Syspro, or similar systems.
