GRAPHIC DESIGNER

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with the Color Specialist Development Team to create custom contact lens designs based on customer requests and innovate new design concepts.
• Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes for new contact lens products.
• Create visually appealing and scientifically accurate graphic representations of contact lenses, including illustrations, diagrams, and digital renderings.
• Ensure all design work aligns with customer guidelines and design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies relevant to contact lenses and eye care.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques, refining designs based on feedback.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations related to contact lens products.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and shared team goals.

• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
• Knowledge of printing processes and production standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to design.
• A team player who can also work independently and identify new opportunities.
• Strong understanding of intricate pattern design, precision detailing, and color blending techniques.
• Familiarity with vector-based illustration and pattern design, specifically for contact lens graphics.
• Ability to create precise and symmetrical patterns that align with production requirements for softlens manufacturing.
