Job description
- Assist Engineers in establishing and standardizing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and work instructions.
- Support the development and maintenance of visual mechanical inspection standards, tooling, equipment qualifications, and maintenance lists.
- Design and develop jigs and fixtures, and modify equipment to enhance overall work efficiency while ensuring product quality.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean initiatives, and 5S activities.
- Perform other engineering-related tasks as designated by superiors.
Job requirements
- Diploma in Mechatronics or any other engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
- Ability to multitask effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
- Willingness to work in a shift schedule.
