Reponsibilities :
· Developing and Implementing Purchasing Strategies
· Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
· Managing Supplier Relationships
· Reviewing and Processing Purchase Orders
· Monitoring Inventory Levels
· Analyzing and Mitigating Risks
Requirement :
· Bachelor's degree from a public or private university
· Have good English skills
· Have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing
· Able to negotiate and communicate well
· Able to operate procurement application
· Able to operate Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Able to operate software such as SAP, Accurate, or Procurify
· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Able to work with a team
· Able to source vendors
· Able to execute purchasing procedures
· Other abilities Have good analytical skills, Have basic knowledge of taxation relevant to the purchasing process, Have attention to detail, Have a willingness to continue learning.
