Job description

  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring process for barista roles across East Indonesia (East Java, Bali, & Sulawesi).  
  • Drive high-volume / mass hiring; from sourcing, screening, to running interview sessions at scale.  
  • Lead initial interviews to spot not just skills, but also culture fit & potential.  
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support our rapid store expansion.  
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent, fast.  
  • Handle recruitment admin & reporting, keep things organized, structured, and data driven.  
  • Ensure every candidate gets a great hiring experience with Fore.  

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major — Psychology is a big plus.  
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment; experience in mass hiring is a strong advantage.  
  • A great communicator — clear, confident, and well-articulated.  
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  
  • Strong attention to detail with solid admin & reporting skills.  
  • Flexible & mobile — open to business trips for recruitment across regions.
