Job description
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring process for barista roles across East Indonesia (East Java, Bali, & Sulawesi).
- Drive high-volume / mass hiring; from sourcing, screening, to running interview sessions at scale.
- Lead initial interviews to spot not just skills, but also culture fit & potential.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support our rapid store expansion.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent, fast.
- Handle recruitment admin & reporting, keep things organized, structured, and data driven.
- Ensure every candidate gets a great hiring experience with Fore.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major — Psychology is a big plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment; experience in mass hiring is a strong advantage.
- A great communicator — clear, confident, and well-articulated.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail with solid admin & reporting skills.
- Flexible & mobile — open to business trips for recruitment across regions.
